RE: surge vs electric

If you decide on a tow dolly or trailer, I would suggest putting a trailer hitch on the toad. It makes it easier to move dolly or trailer around.

RE: 2 Starter Solenoids on a 1994 e350?

There is a starter relay and a solenoid. Starter relay is your $45 item and is normally mounted to inner fender well. Solenoid, your $80 item, is mounted on the starter. Could be just a loose connection between relay and starter solenoid. Replacing starter solenoid would be better served if you replace the complete starter assembly.

RE: Atwood water heater problem

Is the water heater a DSI model? If so, check to make sure the thermostat and ECO are tight against the tank.

RE: Lifestyle RV Frame and Slide out diagrams

Slides should have make and model. Locate that and then search for manuals. Frames may have identifications near the pin box.

RE: Sewer Solutions Loose Connections?

Get a second set of the fittings along with the 35 foot. hose. Make up a long hose for home and carry short one for the road. You would then glue fittings with proper glue designed for this use.

RE: Pex to pipe thread transition

No need for pipe tape if the nut is loose on pipe. Don't care for that type of connection. Nice to have swivel type connector.

RE: Slo rise shade problem

Irvine shade Do they go back up as soon as you release the switch? Could be a bad rocker switch. Or do they go up slowly?

RE: Winterizing question - 2000 Four Winds Hurricane 34K

Photo One Photo Two Yes that could be an anti-freeze suction hose. Looks to have a backflow protector. Low point drains should be visible somewhere close to the pump. Some rigs just have pipes sticking down with valves in compartment to drain system. I would suggest blowing the system out with air compressor.

RE: slight vibration on acceleration

What chassis is your Flair on Chev or Ford> I would check the distributor mechanical advance. Plug wires could be breaking down. Cylinders 7 and 8 on Chev 7.4 can be problematic.
